The Collier Fund (Bradford Minor Baseball Association)

PrintThe Collier Fund
24-year-old Sapper Brian Collier grew up playing baseball in Bradford.  Brian graduated from Bradford High School and joined the military fascinated by the sense of physical challenge, camaraderie and family that the Canadian military represented. On his second tour of duty, he was killed in Afghanistan from an improvised explosive device.

In Brian's memory, the Collier family made a donation to the association.  The association has been using this donation, called The Collier Fund, to financially assist families to afford the sport of baseball.

To keep things manageable, the association uses the fund to reimburse programs like Jumpstart.  If you would like to help by donating, please contact a member of the associations Executive Committee.  Any amount helps and keeps this great fund going.

Families wanting to take advantage of The Collier Fund are asked to apply through Jumpstart.

Use of The Collier Fund will be limited towards house league programs.  Select and Rep programs are not eligible.
